We offer 15 different class styles ranging from KIDS Yoga + Sound Healing Meditation to Heated Bodyweight + I-SO Hot Bands! And, of course, our traditional yoga classes such as Vin/Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and the ultimate yoga experience, OG 90-minute Hot 26 yoga class.

Hot Fusion 26

Hot Fusion 26 is our Flagship yoga class. We like to call it our Power Hour! The 26 Hatha poses + 2 breathing exercises are practiced in a heated room. The asanas (poses) are performed in a precise sequence, which build upon themselves taking you through a moving meditation while simultaneously improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Expect to sweat (lots) and improve your cardiovascular system.

This is the amazing life-changing, spine-healing, toxin-flushing series you’ve come to know and love! Join Barbara for a true yoga experience only practiced in major cities across the globe. 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises performed TWICE (except for final spinal twisting!) Connect your mind + body while flushing toxins out of your spine, joints and internal organs...like a dishcloth!

KIDS Yoga

KIDS Yoga is a beginners yoga class for ages 4-12. We will learn some simple yoga poses, sequences + breathing exercises. Please bring a small stuffed animal as a “breathing buddy” and your yoga mat. One caregiver is required to attend per family.

Sound Healing Meditation is a soulful, prolonged playing of gong, crystals, singing bowls, and the infamous harmonium, Tina. This sound bath meditation will connect your mind + heart space with the body and provide ultimate relaxation.

Strength Training Drills

Strength Training Drills is a series of strength-building exercises for your practice! This is not a full yoga practice, but a great way to get movement in the body and for building heat + strength. If you’re looking to build strength and endurance in your practice, then this is the class for you! It is heated! No equipment is necessary.

Heated Bodyweight is a strength-training class that uses your own body weight to provide resistance against gravity. Bodyweight will improve your strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination, and balance. No equipment is necessary.

I-SO Hot Bands

I-SO Hot Bands is a combination of isometric reps and resistance bands. This total body workout not only provides muscle gains but also a more intense calorie burn than hot yoga alone. You will be saying to yourself, “I-So Hot” after practicing with these bands!

Gentle Fusion Flow

Gentle Fuson Flow is a gentler version of our Hot Fusion Flow class tailored to the beginner yogi and with no heat. It is a blend of Vinyasa Flow and classic Hatha poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance.

Vin/Yin Yoga

Half fiery + fast and half slow + stretchy! We begin with 30 minutes of movement, strength, and flow. The second half is stretchy and meditative. Vin/Yin Yoga is a full-body and all-levels practice. Enjoy!
