Hot 26 is our Flagship yoga class. We like to call it our Power Hour! The 26 Hatha poses + 2 breathing exercises are practiced in a heated room. The asanas (poses) are performed in a precise sequence, which build upon themselves taking you through a moving meditation while simultaneously improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Expect to sweat (lots) and improve your cardiovascular + respiratory systems!
