🧘🏻♀️ I started my yoga journey during Covid days, which really gave me time to focus on the little things in life we often miss when our lives get too busy. Now, it is a must in my life. I love going to yoga classes. Some of my favorites are Hot26, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Restorative.
I am grateful to have found a practice that relieves stress, allows time to practice self-care, and provides so many benefits to being healthy. I will forever cherish the many yoga friends I have made over the years.🫶

I enjoy trying harder poses such as Mermaid, Grasshopper, Bird of Paradise to name a few. It is truly amazing what the body can do. My go-to pose is Lizard. My hips are tight on a regular basis. It is a great stretch for the hamstrings, quads, and hip flexors.
I enjoy boating, sitting by the pool, reading, and vacationing.
My favorites are lemongrass and sweet orange.
I am a full-time teacher in the public school system for many years.
Yoga provides me with a wide range of benefits for both my body and my mind. It physically improves my flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. Mentally, yoga has lowered my stress levels, improves my overall sleep quality, and enhances my overall well-being.
