Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor. She has always had an interest in fitness, movement, and wellness, beginning with dance, tumble, and cheer at a young age. Since becoming a mom, she has discovered her passion for empowering individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Rachel is a former elementary school teacher with many years of experience meeting the needs of a wide variety of learners.

Favorite way to de-stress:
Movement of any kind -- getting lost in the format of a group class, a walk with the dog, heading outside with the toddler, you name it.
When I’m not on my mat or teaching:
When not teaching, I spend my days enjoying motherhood with a sweet, silly toddler and wild golden doodle! I also enjoy cooking and reading for fun.
What Fitness Has Done For Me:
Fitness has empowered me to feel pride in my body and all it can do. It makes me strong and flexible to play with my son and keep up with the daily demands of motherhood.
