Dana loves all styles of yoga. She is a RYT 500hr with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching since 2019. Influenced by many teachers and peers, Dana has experience teaching prenatal, power, restorative, yin, and gentle flow classes. You can expect to breathe, stretch, strengthen, move, balance + relax in one of Dana's classes. Her style of teaching consists of creative sequencing, playfulness, and Hatha-Vinyasa-Yin styles. Dana approaches yoga with a "Do what feels good for you" attitude. Dana's goal is for you to get to know your body through breath + movement.

Frankincense has many uses and is my # 1 go-to, along with lavender for calming and relaxing.
I would be working or hanging with family and friends.
Yoga has become my favorite form of exercise and movement has allowed me to get to know my body better. Yoga helps me to find contentment and acceptance.
